8.5in Naughty Lady

Engineered to imitate the natural movement of baitfish, the R&R Tackle 8.5" Naughty Lady is a premium Soft Glide Bait designed to trigger aggressive strikes from freshwater and saltwater predators. Featuring a lifelike baitfish profile, realistic detailing, and a flexible soft-plastic body, this swimbait delivers a smooth, side-to-side gliding action that mimics a wounded, disoriented, or fleeing baitfish.

Built for versatility, the 8.5" Naughty Lady can be worked with a variety of retrieve techniques. A slow, steady retrieve produces a natural swimming action, while controlled rod sweeps, quick twitches, and pauses create wide glides and unpredictable directional changes. Its smaller profile makes it easy to work around structure, along shorelines, and anywhere predators are feeding on medium-sized baitfish.

What sets the Naughty Lady apart is its Line-Through bait design, engineered to improve hook retention when fighting powerful fish. Once a fish is hooked, the bait can slide up the fishing line, separating the soft-plastic body from the hook. This reduces the leverage fish can use to throw the hook during aggressive headshakes, jumps, and sudden changes in direction while also helping protect the swimbait from unnecessary damage.

Equipped with a Size 1 BKK treble hook, the 8.5" Naughty Lady is built for both freshwater and saltwater applications. Its 8.5-inch profile and 2.2 oz weight provide a substantial presentation without the bulk of an oversized glide bait, making it an excellent choice for targeting largemouth bass, snook, tarpon, striped bass, redfish, and other aggressive predators that feed on baitfish.

From freshwater lakes and canals to coastal flats, mangrove shorelines, beaches, and backcountry waters, the R&R Tackle 8.5" Naughty Lady Line-Through Soft Glide Bait combines realistic swimming action, versatile retrieve options, and an effective line-through system to deliver a natural baitfish presentation built to get eaten.
